Automatic shoe Toe and Heel-Seat Flattening Machine for Shoemaking
Applicable to the toe or heel pounding of for various men's and women's shoes (especially high boots) after molding and lasting.
Under the pressing of the top heating plates and the pounding of the vibration rollers plus the rotation of the shoes, a neat toe or heel part and distinct ridge line can be ensured.
The rotation speed of the mold and the vibration speed of the rollers can be adjusted accordingly.
The pounding of the vibration rollers can be adjusted as well. It even achieve a state of pressing the shoes without pounding them.
DF-268 can work on both toe and heel part by swtiching tools.
