3.       Instruction of Operating System

Working Cycle Diagram: The working mode of this machine is divided in 2 types.

       Manual operation: Turn the arrow switch(A-2) to HM, and the machine will be operated by manual. Push the button RISING(A-3), the working table will rise fast, then compress, the pressure of master cylinder will rise to the point which is set by the overflow valve, to the setting time, then the pressure of master cylinder relieves, the working table will be back to the start point and stop

       Automatic operation: Turn the arrow switch(A-2) to AUTO, and the machine will be operated automatically, pull out the plate and push it in, the table will touch the microswitch(pic 8-7), the working table will rise fast, then compress, the pressure of master cylinder will rise to the point which is set by the overflow valve, to the setting time, then the pressure of master cylinder relieves, the working table will be back to the start point and stop

4.       Gauges & Operation of Element 

(1)       Master cylinder pressure gauge(C-1): display the pressure of liquid inside the master cylinder

(2)       Operation of Element

       Rising button (A-3) RISING

       Emergency button(A-7) EMERGENCY

       Plate micro- dynamic range switch (B-7)

       Hand-stopping travel switch (C-4)

       Push START(A-4) button: start the generator system of oil pump

       Push STOP(A-8): stop the generator system of oil pump

       Time control(A-6): to set the time of pressing

       Rising button(A-3): push this button to rise the working table

       Emergency button(A-7): when the dangerous station occurred, push this button to stop the machine and the table will fall.

       Arrow switch(A-2): AUTO to operate automatically and the HM to operate by manual.

       Temperature controller(A-1)TEMPERATURE: to set the temperature of the heating plate.

       Temperature controller switch: turn to UP, the upper plate will be heated and DOWN to heat the lower plate. STOP, stop heating.

5.       Installment & adjustment

(1)       Installment:

       Please notice the center of gravity when you install the machine and check the appearance of the machine.

       Please keep the working table horizontal when you install the machine

(2)       Adjustment and operation

       Clean the machine carefully and remove the slushing oil before starting the machine

       Opening the small door in the right side and inject 90kg of hydraulic oil, we suggest you use the hydraulic oil of No. L-HM46-68.

       Plugging into the power supply of 380VAC, and connecting the wires according to the direction of the oil pump. Checking the machine must connect the ground wire to the ground.

       Pushing START to start the oil pump group of the motor and let the oil pump to run 3-5 minutes, in order to check if there exists any problems.

       If you want to use heating device, please open it half one hour before starting the motor, and then turn on the upper/down heating button or both, adjusting the temperature as your requirement (maximum is 150). After 20 minutes lighting of the red light, you can start running the machine, this step is to make sure the heating plate has been heated evenly.

       After testing the machine, you should set the time to 10 seconds to let the machine move free several times, when the vice oil box of left finishes injecting the oil, and the twice-pressure of master oil cylinder finished, you can start working with the machine.

       the machine must connect the ground wire to the ground.

       Before starting the machine, please operate follow the procedure of the machine strictly.

       The one way sequence valve(B-9) which can adjust the first pressure has already been adjusted well before the machine finished, so you should not adjust it. If the machine couldnt work very fast, please make the fan adjustment on the handle of sequence valve(B-10) through the clockwise direction until the machine can move very fast. The highest pressure of the first pressure couldnt be more than 4MP, or it will affect the second pressure.

       The function of the secondary supercharging valve is oil absorption and pressure boosting, if you find that the oil absorption and pressure boosting do not work well, please adjust the right spring(B-6) of valve to be more tight.

       When you want to adjust the pressure of machine, adjusting the timer to 10 seconds, and then open the left door of machine, push the RISING, after the machine rising, to adjust the pressure-regulating valve(D-3), clockwise direction can get much pressure, and anticlockwise direction can get less pressure. Please pay attention that the highest pressure will not be more than 21Mpa. When you settle all the adjustment, please lock the nut.

       When the machine is working, please inject the lubricating oil on the oil pump, piston and the locating rod one time one hour.

6.       Common Faults & Solutions

You must do the following steps before you starting to repair the machine.

       Please be familiar with the structure and working principle of hydraulic system and electrical system.

       Please be familiar with all the spare parts of hydraulic system and electrical system, including the installing position in the machine, the functions and the mechanical properties.

       Please analyze why the faults occurred carefully before repairing the machine
